Ingredients
  

• 14 oz extra-firm tofu

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 tablespoon cornstarch

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon black pepper

• ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

• ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions
 

1. Press tofu for 15–30 minutes.

    2. Cut tofu into cubes.

      3. Add oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings. Mix well.

        4. Add cornstarch and coat evenly.

          5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

            6. Place tofu in the air fryer basket.

              7. Cook for 12–15 minutes. Shake halfway.

                8. Serve hot and enjoy.

                  • Use extra-firm tofu for best results.
                  • Press tofu properly for crispiness.
                  • Do not overcrowd the basket.
                  • Add sauces after cooking.
                  • Adjust seasoning as needed.
