Ingredients
  

• 1 French baguette or Italian loaf

• ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

• 4 cloves garlic (minced)

• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

• ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

• ¼ cup parmesan cheese (optional)

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional for cheesy version)

Instructions
 

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, seasoning, and salt in a bowl.

      3. Slice bread lengthwise or into thick slices.

        4. Spread garlic butter evenly across the bread.

          5. Sprinkle parmesan or mozzarella if desired.

            6. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden.

              7. Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crisp topping.

                8. Serve warm and enjoy.
