Ingredients
  

• 1½ cups- cooked black beans

• Garlic cloves – 2

• Tahini – 2 tablespoons

• Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

• Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

• ½ teaspoon- Ground cumin

• Salt – to taste

• Water – 2 to 4 tbsp (adjust as needed)

Instructions
 

1. Rinse and drain the black beans thoroughly, then set out all the ingredients so everything is ready to blend.

    2. Add black beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt into a food processor, then blend until smooth.

      3. Slowly pour in water during blending until the mixture turns smooth and creamy.

        4. Taste the hummus and adjust salt, lemon juice, or spices as needed for balanced flavor.

          5. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle a little olive oil on top, and serve fresh.

            Notes

            • Use good-quality tahini for better taste and smooth texture.
            • Blend for a little longer to achieve a smoother, creamier texture with a soft, silky finish.
            • Add cold water slowly to control the consistency.
