Ingredients
  

• 1 pint cherry tomatoes

• 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls

• 20 fresh basil leaves

• 20 small skewers or toothpicks

• 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)

• 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)

• Salt to taste

• Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

1. Wash and dry tomatoes and basil leaves.

    2. Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry.

      3. Take a skewer and insert one tomato.

        4. Add one basil leaf.

          5. Add one mozzarella ball.

            6. Repeat if using longer skewers.

              7. Place skewers on a serving platter.

                8. Drizzle olive oil or balsamic glaze.

                  9. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

                    10. Serve immediately.

                      • Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
                      • Assemble close to serving time.
                      • Store in refrigerator if needed.
