Ingredients
  

• 1 cup raw cashew nuts (unsalted)

• 3 to 4 cups clean, filtered water (adjust for thickness)

• 1–2 soft dates or 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra taste)

• A small pinch of salt (optional, to enhance taste)

Instructions
 

1. Soak the Cashews: Put the cashews in a bowl, cover them with water, and let them soak for a few hours until they become soft.

    2. Drain and Rinse: Drain the soaking water and rinse the cashews well to remove any residue.

      3. Blend the Ingredients: Add soaked cashews and fresh water to a blender, then blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.

        4. Strain if Needed: For a smoother texture, you can strain the milk through a fine cloth or sieve, but this step is optional.

          5. Add Flavor (Optional): Add sweetener, vanilla, or salt, then blend briefly again to mix everything evenly.

            6. Store and Serve: Pour into a clean bottle, refrigerate, and shake well before serving.

              • Use Fresh Cashews: Always use fresh, good-quality cashews for the best taste and creamy texture.
              • Adjust Consistency: Add more water for a thinner milk or less water for a thicker, richer texture.
