Ingredients
  

• 2 ripe avocados, diced

• 2 medium tomatoes, diced

• ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

• ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

• 1 small jalapeño, minced (optional)

• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

• ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

• ¼ teaspoon black pepper

• ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 fresh garlic clove minced

• ½ cup corn kernels (optional)

• ½ cup black beans (optional)

• ½ cup diced mango or pineapple (optional)

Instructions
 

1. Dice the avocados, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro into even pieces.

    2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

      3. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic.

        4. Stir gently to keep the avocado chunky.

          5. Taste and adjust seasoning or spice as needed.

            6. Serve immediately with chips or as a topping.

              Notes

              • Use ripe but firm avocados for the best texture.
              • Roma tomatoes require less water in salsa.
              • Add lime juice immediately to help slow down browning.
              • Stir gently so the avocado doesn’t mash.
              • For more heat, keep jalapeño seeds in.
              • For sweetness, mango is an excellent add-in.
              • Best enjoyed fresh within the first day.
