Ingredients
  

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 4 teaspoons baking powder

• ½ teaspoon salt

• 1½ cups milk

• 2 large eggs

• ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

• ½ cup softened butter

Glaze

• 4 ounces cream cheese or 1 cup powdered sugar

• 2–3 tablespoons milk

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

1. Preheat the oven and grease the baking pan.

    2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

      3. Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.

        4. Stir the wet and dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.

          5. Spread batter into the pan.

            6. Mix and add cinnamon swirl.

              7. Swirl gently with a knife.

                8. Bake until done.

                  9. Glaze the warm cake and serve.

                    • Do not overmix batter.
                    • Use fresh cinnamon for the best flavor.
                    • Adjust glaze sweetness to taste.
