Ingredients
  

• 12 oz chocolate (dark, milk, or white)

• 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews)

• 1/4 cup mixed dried fruits (for example, cranberries, raisins, apricots)

• 1/4 cup candies (optional: M&Ms, toffee bits)

• 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)

• 1 teaspoon vanilla or peppermint essence (optional)

Instructions
 

1. Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.

    2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.

      3. Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

        4. Stir in optional flavor extract.

          5. Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly.

            6. Sprinkle nuts, dried fruits, candies, and sea salt over the chocolate.

              7. Press toppings lightly and let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate.

                8. Once firm, break into pieces and serve or store.
