• 1/2 cup- Walnuts

Instructions

1. Choose four (4) ripe bananas for natural sweetness and better flavor.

    2. Remove the banana peels and crush with a fork, masher, or blender until smooth.

      3. Add ¼ cup powdered sugar and mix well (adjust based on banana sweetness).

        4. Stir in 4 tablespoons of melted ghee or butter for richness.

          5. Mix in 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence for enhanced taste.

            6. Sieve 1.5 cups of wheat flour (or refined flour) into a separate bowl.

              7. Add ¼ cup cocoa powder if you prefer a chocolate flavor.

                8. Include one (1) teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder.

                  9. Lightly coat your loaf pan with oil or ghee, then sprinkle a thin layer of flour to prevent sticking.

                    10. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently to avoid lumps.

                      11. Gradually add 1 to 1.5 cups of milk until the batter is smooth.

                        12. Fold in chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds for extra crunch.

                          13. Carefully pour the mixture into the greased pan, then lightly tap it against your counter 2-3 times to eliminate bubbles.

                            14. Sprinkle extra nuts on top for decoration (optional).

                              15. For perfect results, heat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and maintain this temperature for 15 minutes before inserting your bake.

                                16. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

                                  17. Let the bread cool completely in the pan before removing.

                                    18. Gently loosen the edges with a knife and flip the pan to release the bread.

                                      19. Slice and serve once completely cooled for the best texture.

                                        20. Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

                                          Notes

                                          • Use extra ripe bananas for natural sweetness - they mash more easily and taste better.
                                          • Reduce or skip sugar if you prefer less sweetness - bananas already add plenty.
                                          • Whole wheat flour adds a healthier touch, but all-purpose flour still delivers excellent results.
                                          • Gently fold the ingredients together to keep the batter airy and fluffy.
                                          • The bread is good when a tester comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
                                          • Cooling for 2 hours ensures a perfect slicing texture.
                                          • Customize with mix-ins like walnuts, raisins, or dark chocolate chunks.
