Ingredients
  

• 4 salmon fillets

• 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• cup honey

• 1–2 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• ½ tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions
 

1. Turn the oven on to 400°F and line a baking sheet for easy cleanup.

    2. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.

      3. Mix honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika in a bowl.

        4. Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.

          5. Brush the glaze onto the salmon during the final 3 to 4 minutes of cooking.

            6. Broil briefly for 1–2 minutes until the top turns golden and caramelized.

              7. Rest briefly, garnish, and serve warm.

                • Use fresh salmon for the best texture.
                • Adjust spice level slowly to avoid overpowering sweetness.
                • Lemon juice keeps the glaze balanced and bright.
