Ingredients
  

For the Dough

• All-purpose flour – 2½ cups

• Warm water – 1 cup

• Active dry yeast – 2 teaspoons

• Sugar – 1 teaspoon

• Salt – 1 teaspoon

• Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

For the Filling

• Mozzarella cheese (shredded) – 1½ cups

• Salami or pepperoni – 1 cup

• Pizza sauce – ½ cup

• Garlic powder or Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

Optional Add-ons

• Bell peppers (sliced) – ½ cup

• Mushrooms (sliced) – ½ cup

• Olives (sliced) – ¼ cup

• Chili flakes – ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast, then let it activate for five minutes.

    2. Add flour, salt, and oil, then knead into a soft dough.

      3. Cover and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.

        4. Roll the dough into a rectangle with even thickness using a rolling pin.

          5. Apply a light layer of sauce, then evenly add cheese and fillings.

            6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edges properly.

              7. Place it on a baking tray and brush the top with oil.

                8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown.

                  9. Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

                    Notes

                    • Do not overfill the dough, or it may break while rolling.
                    • Always seal the edges tightly to prevent filling from leaking out.
                    • Use fresh dough for a softer and better texture.
                    • Cut small slits on top to release steam while baking.
                    • Preheat your oven well for even cooking and a crisp crust.
                    • Let it rest before slicing to keep the filling inside neatly.
                    • Reheat in an oven instead of a microwave for better crispiness.
