Ingredients
  

• 2 cups elbow macaroni

• 1 cup pumpkin puree

• 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

• ½ cup mozzarella cheese

• 1½ cups milk

• 2 tablespoons butter

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)

• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

• Salt and black pepper to taste

• ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)

Instructions
 

1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until it is al dente, then drain well and keep it aside.

    2. Heat butter in a pan, cook the garlic until aromatic, then mix in the pumpkin puree and milk until the sauce turns smooth.

      3. Add shredded cheeses gradually and cook until the sauce becomes creamy and well combined.

        4. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and mix slowly until fully coated.

          5. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake until golden if desired.
