Ingredients
  

For the Dough

• 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 2 tablespoons flour (for dusting)

For the Filling

• 1½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

• 1 cup pepperoni slices, cooked chicken, or mixed vegetables

• ½ cup bell peppers (chopped)

• ½ cup onions (sliced)

• ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)

• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

• 2 cloves garlic (minced, optional)

For Topping

• 1 egg (for egg wash)

• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or dried herbs

• 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

Instructions
 

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare all fillings so everything is ready to use.

    2. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, keeping the thickness even.

      3. Spread cheese and fillings evenly over the dough, leaving space at the edges.

        4. Roll the dough snugly into a log and seal the edges well.

          5. Place it on a baking tray, brush with egg wash, and make small slits on top.

            6. Sprinkle sesame seeds or herbs and bake until golden brown and crisp.

              7. Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm for the best taste.

                • Do not overfill the dough, as too much filling can cause leaks while baking.
                • Use low-moisture ingredients to keep the Stromboli crisp and not soggy.
