Ingredients
  

For the Dough

• 2 cups of flour, either all-purpose or whole wheat

• 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

• ¾ cup warm water

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• ½ teaspoon salt

For the Sauce

• 1 cup crushed tomatoes or tomato puree

• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 teaspoon dried oregano

• 1 teaspoon dried basil

• Salt and pepper to taste

For the Toppings

• ½ cup bell peppers, sliced

• ½ cup onion slices

• ½ cup mushrooms, sliced

• ¼ cup sweet corn

• ¼ cup olives

• ½ cup cherry tomatoes

• ½ cup spinach or zucchini

• ½ cup vegan cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

1. Make a soft dough and let it rise until doubled in size.

    2. Cook garlic in olive oil with tomato puree until thick and flavorful.

      3. Wash and slice all the vegetables evenly.

        4. Roll out the dough, spread the sauce, and top with vegetables and vegan cheese.

          5. Bake in a preheated oven until the crust turns golden, and the toppings are fully cooked.

            6. Let it rest briefly, then slice and serve warm.
